KARG are pleased to announce that the UHF repeater, EI7MGR, located on Mullaghanish is back on the air after a long absence necessitated by site building works. A temporary antenna is currently in use and restoration of operation to a permanent antenna will take place as site development allows.

The repeater can be accessed on 430.975 Mhz output / 438.575 Mhz input, with 103.5Hz tone access

Initial test reports show that coverage is good in Castleisland, Tralee, Cork city and West Limerick areas using handheld radios.
