A huge congratulations to Eoin EI8HC on winning the Baofeng UV-5R at the KARG lunch held on Sat 12th Dec at the Muckross House Cafe. Also thanks to all that attended the lunch, and those that participated in the raffle. It was very well received.

At the January 2016 KARG meeting, we will start a raffle for a free years membership to KARG.

Finally hope all members have a safe and enjoyable Christmas, and hopefully we will hear some of you on New Year's Day for the IRTS 80M Counties contest. This is always a very popular contest, and is a great opportunity to work the majority of the counties in Ireland, which can be used in applying for the Worked All Ireland (WAI) award.

Even if contesting is not your thing, you can help put Kerry in the logs of a few people, to put Kerry on the air...
